At Schema, we provide immediate access to digital assets through both our Store and our Collection. Because our products are digital and accessible upon purchase, all sales are considered final. Refunds are generally not offered; however, in rare and exceptional cases such as duplicate purchases or clear billing errors, we may review refund requests at our sole discretion.

Schema provides access to digital products, and for this reason, all sales are considered final. Once access to assets has been granted, the transaction cannot be reversed, and refunds will not be provided. This applies to purchases made through both the Schema Store and Schema Collection.

Products purchased directly from the Schema Store, such as templates, mockups, images, and other individual assets, are delivered digitally upon purchase. Because these are digital products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been completed.

Schema Collection Subscriptions

Subscriptions to the Schema Collection grant members access to a wide range of digital assets. By subscribing, you gain immediate access to the collection, and for this reason, subscription fees are non-refundable. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date. If you wish to cancel, you must do so before your next billing cycle. Canceling a subscription does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of your current billing period.

We recognize that exceptional cases may occur. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in limited situations, such as accidental duplicate purchases, clear technical errors in billing, or other extreme circumstances. If you believe you qualify for such an exception, you must contact Schema promptly with proof of purchase. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is not guaranteed.
